1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the tony99 platform, accessible via tony99.xyz and all related subdomains and applications ("Platform"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and tony99 ("we" or "the Platform").

2. Member Eligibility

• Never having had a Tony99 account previously terminated for a breach of terms.

Tony99 reserves the right to request age and identity verification at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension or termination.

3. Account Registration

During the tony99 registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are solely responsible for:

• Keep your tony99 account password confidential — do not share it with anyone.
• All activity that occurs within your account, including transactions carried out using your login credentials.
• Notify tony99 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

Tony99 strictly enforces a one-account-per-person policy. Any attempt to register multiple accounts — whether using different personal details, phone numbers, IP addresses, or any other method — will result in the termination of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances, including any pending withdrawals.

4. Deposit & Payment

Tony99 accepts deposits via Malaysian local payment methods only. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) with no processing fees charged by Tony99.

The minimum deposit is RM50 per transaction unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion's terms. Daily maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your account level. Tony99 reserves the right to request source-of-funds verification for deposits exceeding certain thresholds, in compliance with applicable legal requirements.

5. Withdrawal of Winnings

Tony99 is committed to processing withdrawals promptly and efficiently. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your deposit, or to another verified method registered in your name.

• The minimum withdrawal is RM50 per transaction.
• Withdrawals for standard members are processed within 5 minutes after the application has been approved.
• Tony99 VIP members enjoy withdrawal processing within 3 minutes.
• tony99 reserves the right to require identity verification before approving withdrawals that exceed a certain threshold.
• All applicable bonus rollover requirements must be fully met before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Winnings obtained through games that are proven to have experienced a technical error are void and ineligible for withdrawal.

Tony99 reserves the right to place a withdrawal on hold pending investigation if there are indicators of fraudulent activity or a breach of terms. In such cases, the member will be notified through their registered contact channel.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

Tony99 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, weekly cashback, free spins, and special promotions. All bonuses are subject to specific conditions that must be read and understood before they are accepted.

• All bonuses carry rollover requirements that must be met before any withdrawal can be made. Rollover requirements vary by bonus type — please review the terms of each promotion individually.

7. Game Rules

• The results of all games are final once a round or bet has been completed.
• In the event of an internet disconnection or technical failure during an active game, the outcome will be determined based on the data successfully recorded on Tony99's servers prior to the interruption.

• Using a Tony99 account for money transfers or any suspicious financial activity.

Tony99 continuously monitors account activity to detect suspicious behaviour. Any breach of the above rules may result in an official warning, temporary suspension, or permanent account termination, depending on the severity of the violation.

9. Account Termination

Either you or Tony99 may terminate an account under certain circumstances:

• Termination by member: You may close your tony99 account at any time by contacting our customer support. Any valid balance remaining after deducting any outstanding rollover requirements will be returned to you via your registered payment method.
• Temporary suspension: tony99 may suspend your account temporarily pending identity verification, fraud investigation, or review of suspicious activity. The suspension period generally does not exceed 30 business days.
• Termination by tony99: We reserve the right to terminate your account without prior notice if there is substantial evidence of a breach of these Terms, fraud, bonus abuse, multiple account registration, or any unlawful activity.
• In the event of termination due to a breach of terms, tony99 reserves the right to forfeit all balances in the account, including any pending withdrawals.

10. Claims & Disputes

• Any taxes, duties, or charges that Malaysian authorities may impose on your winnings are the sole personal responsibility of each member.

In circumstances where Tony99 is found liable, our maximum liability is limited to the total amount you deposited in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Changes to Terms

Tony99 reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to members via:
